MUSICIAN

Avgoustina Mastori was born and raised on the island of Andros. After studying Chemistry in Athens, she felt the call of her homeland and returned to settle once again by the sea. Captivated by the enchanting sound of the santouri, she began learning the instrument four years ago. Her passion for music soon deepened, leading her to pursue formal studies; she is now a second-year student in the Department of Music Studies at the University of Ioannina.
