MUSICIAN

Among various other qualities, Karolos is a self-taught musician, with a long performing experience in many different kinds of music, next to numerous fellow musicians, in several places of the world, mostly in Greece. He specializes in traditional Greek music generally and more particularly in Rempetiko and local island music. He plays guitar, bouzouki and lute. In this upcoming performance he will be playing the percussion. In the last 15 years he lives with his wife and two children on Andros.
